Sony MiniDisc Autochanger for Sale

I have a Sony MDX-62 MiniDisc Autochanger for sale. It was fitted in my 1999 Boxster and worked with the CDR-22 head unit. The unit works with the CD autochanger wiring that is included as standard on the Boxster. It just needs to be plugged in and the head unit recognises it as a MD autochanger.

I kept the unit after selling it on the basis that it would work in my 996. Only to find out that the autochanger wiring is now not included unless you order the CD autochanger (This may also be the case on recent Boxsters). I am therefore offering the MiniDisc Autochager for sale at £100 ovno.

The unit is in good condition and comes in the original box. If you want any further information please email me at darren.wilson@bigfoot.com.

Darren ... How does the 996 compare to the Boxster other than the 4 obvious differences
More Power: More Seats: More Sound: More Money [:D]

I sold my 2.5 Boxster a couple of years ago, and have had a 225 bhp Audi TTC for a year while I was waiting for the 996 to arrive. It is therefore very difficult for me to compare the Boxster and the 996 as I drove them so far apart.

The only thing I would say is that I enjoyed driving the Boxster, and am enjoying driving the 996. I would however not rule out having a Boxster S in the future as I am not sure the 996 is worth the additional money.

PS. In case anybody reads this and is interested in the Minidisc autochanger, it has already been sold to a Boxster owner.
