Spa with it's recent noise problems seems for the first time to be imposing a 105dB limit where it was 110dB but never enforced. I see this new limit invarios track day organisers new 2010 schedule.

Will they strictly impose this or turn a blind eye as they did with the 110dB?

I believe that there are different regulations for different events. The question then becomes how well connected are the events organisers. One of the leading PCF organiser is very well connected.

Never ever seen a noise limit other than 110dB .... Is he so well connected that the earlier scare of closure has gone away with "Po du Vin"! [:D]

Given the threat to close the track permanently appears to be very real. I would guess that Noise regs are likely to be more strictly enforced next year. Days of turning a blind eye are over me thinks!
