Spare wheel/boot cover

Hi all,
I saw on Ebay the other week a circular cover that fitted the spare wheel in the boot that both protected the wheel, and also prevented the boot lining from sagging into the wheel well. It had a 964 part code and was listed as O.E. but I havent been able to find any ref to this on the internet or cat's.

My boot is slowly sinking into my wheel and this seemed like a good idea. Can anyone shed any light on whether this is an O.E. part/option, where one could acquire one and the price?? [8|]
