Spark plugs covered in oil!!!!

Just changed the plugs this morning, first time since I bought her almost a year ago and the two middle plugs were covered in oil!! Once removed the spark end of the plug was fine but the actual tube that the plug sits in had oil in it, one of them was half way up the plug. I've cleaned it all out now and burned off the little bit of oil that tricked into the cylinders, am I right in thinking this will have come from the cam cover through the gasket and leaked down the tubes?

Is it as simple as fitting a new cam cover gasket?

Theres actually 5 parts to the cam gasket..
The main seal that runs round the edge, and 4 round gaskets that seal around each plug hole....
They all go hard over time...

You may also want to replace the two gaskets of the plastic plugs on the cover. The ones on mine had cooked much and were pretty hard when I replaced them.
