what time / mileage between plug changes
ive done not 6k since last change but was just 5 years
before that was about 14k n 9 years
ive been advised every 4 years
whats your thought on this please ?

Should be part of the 48k / 4 yearly service. I’m not sure it’s always necessary but do it anyway for completeness as I’m a bit anal about having a complete and full service history

They are part of a major service which is every 2 years / 24k costs an extra £200 (Northways) skipping it as long as 5 years will have a bigger impact on its residual value than the cost.

Comment for other 993 owners
Likewise skipping annual services will have a similar financial impact

the plugs have not moved since 2013 nearly 6k ago
as far as im aware caps rotors n leads are still original
ive had car from sept 2004 39k to now 58k +
it had plugs just before in july 04 on a big service till march 13
so my thought was at least 2 more years or 10k
then leads n caps etc
