Hi all,
Hopefully there are some audio experts out there that can help me....
I changed my head unit to a JVC unit due to the old unit being temperamental about playing cds...I have all the speakers wired up correctly via crossovers for the fronts (not using the amp under the seat) but the problem i have is that the left front speaker works intermittently....when it works the sound is great, when it doesnt the sound is "scratchy" and distorts easily at anything above 14/15 volume wise.
Any suggestions as to what is causing this? All the connections have been checked and soldered the wires to the connectors.
I have removed the speakers and they are fine (Focal). Do I need to rewire the front speakers?
