Hi everyone

HAd a look on google, found nothing.

Who are the specialists in you area that you would recommend please. Asking on behalf of someone who lives in Newmarket and works in Cambridge who has a 964 Cab, he knows the OPC people used to have 997.

Autostrasse in Coggeshall looked after my 3.2 Carrera before I bought it and did a first-class job at reasonable prices. I'd have continued to use them if it wasn't a 350 mile round trip!

I've not used either of them but they have a good reputation according to others on this forum.

+1 for Nick at Auto2000, in fact my car's ready to be collected as I type after he sorted out the car's heating for me.

Been using him since I came to the marque. Brilliant service.
 

That's good news Steve, just as temperatures have taken a dive.

Incidentally, I was talking to a chap recently who owns a 3.2 Carrera and was envious of the HVAC system in my Cayman.

His final comment: "You are better off without heat exchangers in your life!"

Had to laugh. Away last weekend in it; nice weather, massive heat on the co-pilots side, Mrs T not amused. Windows and sunroof all open. First thing Monday morning.....on the phone to Nick! Thank goodness he's sorted it out. Now the weather's naff and we need the heat. Can't win. Have to say the 964's system works well enough for us i.e. it produces hot and cool air as required.

I'm looking forward to the R24 trip to Auto 2000 near Bedford in may, which for some reason in my 7 year ownership have never used, but I hope Nick will be able to cure some of my cars minor ailments. There is a severe lack of Porsche indie's in the Cambridge area though.[:mad:]
 

But at least Cambridgeshire have an OPC Neil.

Here in North Beds I'm almost equidistant from the Silverstone and Cambridge Centres and just a little further from the Hatfield (Herts) Centre.
