Speed Sensor wire ?

Does anybody know where the speed signal wire is located on a 964. I have found a site which says that the 964 speed signal wire is on the 8 pin connector, pin no 4 , green wire on the control panel ??
Id love to know where the control panel is as Ive never heard of it.
Thanks in advance for any help.
