My 1st ever post so.. hi everybody.

I am in the process of buying a Speed yellow 964 3.6 Turbo. At the moment it resides in Northern Ireland and it is a UK car,but I have heard that it may have spent some time in the Irish Republic. According to HPI this car has never been the subject of a total loss claim, and I have had it inspected by a period Porsche trained technician and as far he is concerned he could see no sign of accident damage and everything looks as it should look from the factory! Does anybody know or know of this car?

Edited to correct links. (DEW)

I would get vin and engine numbers as well as reg and check with 964 turbo register. Have you checked how many owners and were the car was supplied from. It looks a real treat.

A damaged yellow was discussed on the Turbo section three years ago. Try putting a post there as well.
There were 4 UK cars in yellow , i suspect that this one is not the one but cant verify at present.
I found a note i made back then saying it was CAT C and had 54k miles on the clock , whereas
yours has less.

If the PPI is good & no sign of repair then it should be a good buy at the price.

Yes I have, in fact I have posted just about everywhere! I need to gain as much info as possible, although I'm just about done now thanks to a lot of helpful forum members.. thanks
