Found in obscure 'other' Porsche section on PH

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1656880.htm

Not quite as rare as you might think though!!! It's a C4 Cabriolet that's been converted!! The two rotary switches on the centre console give it away as a C4 - and the factory never made any C4 Speedsters - and didn't make ANY 964 Speedsters until 1993/4 anyway.

Regards

Well I'm glad someone is awake in the morning! Nice spot[&o]

Original advert from June last year so still not found a new owner. Advert stated converted from Carrera Targa 4 wheel drive. Looks good conversion but looks like price too high for a replica

It 'looks' quite nice, and for someone who wants a widebody 964 Speedster it may tick all the boxes. If it has been converted correctly it won't have been a cheap excercise if it was built using genuine Porsche parts - said by someone who knows!
The last narrow body RHD 964 Speedster that I saw for sale (which went immediately) was £15K more than this is priced at, so is it too expensive? Maybe if it's been for sale for a year - but it's all speculation!

There is a red 89 one up for sale here it has also been on the market for a while and I do not know where they have got the "3.6" from unless it has been modified.

Typo probably as it looks like a 100% pucker 89 3.2 Carrera Speedster to me[8D]
