Hi post some pics of your car. Ref wheel change have seen them fitted with both Speedlines and RUF wheels, if you do change keep hold of original Fuch as they are worth a lot!
Aldo is correct lot of windnoise as hood is only single layer and fit is not perfect.Original owner had to sign dispensation ref water leaks and hood is described as rainhat by Porsche.
I use mine all year round is not a big problem. Suggest you get top cover when park out in rain as prevents a lot of leaks

It won the Concours that day - not sure of its whereabouts.

I will get some photos posted once the weather is good enough, where would I be able to buy the cover that you talk about.

I bought this one from Coversystems 01933 411851 when talking to them make sure they add the additional velcro ties to the door handles. I asked for this mod as makes easier to fit single handed and helps hold sides down so water does not get in via the side window /screen joint
They have the original pattern so fits well

need some advise

picked up my new gt3 tuesday and when got home found new porsche battery charger in car as well as bottle champagne, flowers and a complete cleaner kit by auto glymn.
decided i would hook up this charger to speedster as the car has not moved since show in 2009. used the cigar lighter connection and charger did not work. realised then that cigar lighter was not wired direct , so had to insert ignition key and turn to auxillary position , note not ignition position. great charger worked and charging process light came on. Have been monitoring progress all day and now after 2 hrs charging process light still on and pulse maintenance light on. i think this is ok . Any thoughts anyone, as i also think that should i have two lights on at the one time. Also i know the battery is fine in the speedster as i only replaced it prior to going to show in 2009.
