Split Sun Roof Seal.

Hello,
has anyone ever fitted a sun roof seal. Mine is split and therefore requires replacing.
Any advice on the best method would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Ian ,

Yes I've carried this job out ..not the easiest job to do to get the seal back in and in the right place . The whole roof has to come out ..and you need some special glue to re-stick the seal ....try this article though or get the book

Thanks Ian,
I will give this a try. I may have to pospone this until a good day in the Spring as I will need to work outside.

Ideally you need to get yourself a tube of this : "Loctite 37532 black weatherstrip adhesive"

Goggle find its in the US and I have seen it on ebay where I brought it from, great stuff perfect for the job and highly recommended.
