Spoiler warning light

Was moving my car about today at rolling speed while leaving the engine running sorting out my garage, and noticed the spoiler wanring light stayed on, does it only go off over a certain speed, never noticed it staying on for long but i tend to drive off once fired up, so not noticed this before.

It goes off with speed. About 5mph IIRC.
