Sports Exhaust for a 53 face lift S

Guys, I have a 53 plate Boxster S and would like the best recommendation for a sports exhaust thats does not invalidate my extended warranty. One that ups power with the cats in place (mot friendly) and sounds nice. My neighbour has just bought a 911,4 s and has a sports exhaust, sounds great and makes my car sound like a 2 stroke moped!
Any good recommendations that look good and don't screw up your car and emissions?? How much and where from in North Essex.
Or should I pay up and go to my Porsche Centre ??
