Sports exhausts V6

Ive ordered a V6 -- collecting next friday -- I wanted the Turbo rear valence with sports twin exhausts
Porsche has just sent a note to all dealers saying these cannot be fiited to a V6 manual as it
exceeds the noise limits --- thus are not type approved !

Damn !
 
SOUNDS like another trip to Parr garage is in the offing then TIM.

If Porsche OPC can't cater for your requirements then we know a man who can.

There are no noise limits! sounds like bull**** to me. It can hardly be more than 107 db at most.........Oh and speak to a VW Touareg Dealer the R32 sounds great with standard "sports" exhaust.
 
There are noise limits in the UK, TVR Tuscans for instance are not sent to the dealers with the back box you see on most of them for this very reason.
