Ok, can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two auction items, other than approx £500?

Other than the first item being reasonably unused (claimed 200 miles) and I assume the items from Germany have been reworked/repaired in some way, are they essentially the same thing?
The guy in Germany does appear to have sold a few systems (for various models) with plenty of positive feedback...

Steve Bull's appear to be genuine factory sports boxes, I think these have a switch controlling the sound output. The German ones are second hand mufflers which appear to have had a bypass pipe welded in to give a bit more sound and I guess cannot be switched (i.e. permanently noisy).
