Sports plus/chrono Q??

Hi all
A year or so ago having time to read the manual one wet afternoon I had a look at the sports plus chrono section - never really use the little clock or display on the PSM.
In the manual there is a diagram that seems to indicate with a little flag appearing on the PCM screen that if you drove a circuit lap it would map out the curves and layout of the circuit on the PCM screen. Drove some circuits on road but could not get this to show - asked my OPC at the time and showed them said page from manual- after some head scratching they said I really should get out more and would look into it
Never got and answer , and I thought I would see if anyone knows what this is or how it works?
I do recall there is a display that shows number of laps but not this map type plot

Hi Tony,

I believe it's in the "off road" function. Whole load of screen presses to get there!
It's something like
NAVI
OPTION
SET NAVI
OFF ROAD
OFF ROAD SETTINGS
Tick the "off road" box
Activate off road

Then it should store your route

There is another menu page in the off road section where you can tell it how often to map a point - mine is set at "optimised" or similar

See if you have luck with that[;)]

Thanks Alan
Not really surprising I didn't stumble across that combination!!
I'll give it a go
Tony
