I am looking for a can of Alpine White spray aerosol and wonder if OPC will stock them or somewhere else.
Please help.

Some motor factors mix paint as long as you have the paint code. There's one down the road from me that make it up in 300ml aerosol spray cans.If you get stuck email me and i'll send their number - i could pick it up post it to you if they have your colour match. If i remember right they quoted me about 8 or 9 quid when i asked them.

Have you tried Volkswagen Alpine White? Usually stocked in Halfords and appears to be exactly the same colour. I certainly can't see a difference if there is one.

Halfords will make it up for you, it will be on their computer. Recently managed to get paint for a 84 944 and 86 928 from them, and not common colours either:
LM3V Rubinrot Met (Ruby red metallic) and M3V Granatrot Met (something red, can't remember off the top of my head).
Go in with the colour code off the sticker in the boot (probably LM something).

Halfords are ok BUT I recommend you do the same at a local auto paint factor. Halfrauds is expensive and not a good match in my experience.

I had a tin recently made up by Garage And Engineering and it cost me £14.00 all I had to do was give them the paint code.

Guys,

Thanks for the advice and the kind offers. There is a local paint shop in my area - I will just pop-in see if they can mix me one.

Another option is an Audi or VW dealer. I got gloss black L041 (touch up stick and aerosol can) from an Audi dealer as my OPC said they no longer sold it.
