Spray Painters

Hi All

I am wanting my front bumper respraying to a high standard.

Can anyone recommend a good bodyshop/spraypainter in the Tynedale/Newcastle area ?

I have been told Laurence Davison of Haugh Lane, Hexham is good ?

Bill Heaney just off the tyne tunnel, he's the local Porsche approved guy. Done my nose good few years ago and a very good job was done!

Nope, Bill Heaney's went under.

Terry Hignett at Hexham has done some work on a friend's 993. His work is good and reasonably priced too.

Hi guys,
Just reading posts about Bill Heaney as I was about to go there today to get a quote to spray my rear bumper but I'll not bother now!!

Was just wondering how I go about keeping up the guarantee on a repair they did a few years ago now? (they look over the repair once a year and put a stamp in the guarantee booklet...). Any ideas?

Best bet is to drop into Porsche and speak to Scott Hutton - service manager, and get it from the horse's mouth (so to speak).

You should be able to take it to any Porsche approved bodyshop and they will be able to do the annual inspection and stamp your book. Mine was repaired in the Midlands when the previous owner had it and I had the annual inspection and book stamp done at Bill Heaney's.

Totty ive just had my cayman S full fromt end painted at pride and joy classics in middlesbrough.. i am somewhat fussy and told them this as i was botherd about the match with the car being silver... anyway in a nuttshell it turned out fantastic you cant go wrong bye going to them... fantastic job
