Spring WOTY

We have decided to put together a WOTY from 26th-28th April 2013, and would like to gauge interest amongst the 3.2 register members. The outline itinerary so far is to take Eurotunnel on the morning of Friday, 26th April, 2 nights B&B in a hotel in the Champagne region, returning on the afternoon of Sunday, 28th April. Approx cost would be £300 per car, excluding meals, fuel and parking. There is also the option for members to travel by ferry and meet up either at the hotel or somewhere en route, if preferred. Activities will, hopefully, include a visit to a small family owned champagne house for a tour and/or a tasting session. Their champagne is highly recommended and can be bought at a very reasonable price compared to other brands available both in France and the UK - an opportunity to stock up for those special occasions in 2013!

In order to see whether this would be a viable 3.2 WOTY, please email us at 911carrera32@porscheclubgb.com. If sufficient numbers contact us, we will then forward details of planned crossing times and the hotel in order that members can make their own reservations. Unfortunately, this is the only way to avoid tax implications for the Club, other than booking through an agent which would, presumably, increase the cost.
