there are a variety of after market springs available - my advice for what its worth - contact these people in Sheffield:

https://www.coilsprings.co.uk/

They are experts in the field and you can specify length, ride hide single rate or dual rate etc - they'll probably need one of your existing springs for measurement. I used them on a couple of occasions - currently running some 25% stiffer dual rate custom made springs on my 951,

Along time ago (around 2002) I had techart (eibach) springs on the front of my coupe they were around -25mm and progressive wound. Was pleased with them but went to fully adjustable set up after about 40k miles on them. The dampers (sachs/boge from Porsche) that I fitted new with them were worn out after 40k miles though.

I have lowered springs on my '86' IIRC they are Spax springs with Koni adjustable inserts although can't swear to the springs. They have been on the car for a very long time now, memory not good these days. I think they are lower than 25mm though, could be 30 or 40 mm? The car does sit noticeably lower when parked next to other 951's..:)
