Squeaking noise

I don't know if anyone can offer any advice but I have a squeaking noise from the front suspension,I stripped everything down and all seems ok other than where the coffin arms bolt to the chassis.The rubber and bush seem in good nick but when the bolt through the assembly is tightened up the arm action is stiff.I can't figure out how this is supposed to work,the arm has to pivot with the suspension movement yet it doesn't have a rotating bush assembly,am I missing something?
