Squeaky Seat!

It seems to becoming from the springs in the seat, mainly the left hand side. So did you take the seat out to oil the springs?

If it's the springs in the seat base I suspect you can get at them with some grease eg put some between finger and thumb and put your arm in under the seat from the rear (if that does not make your eyes water!) - and work into each spring joint.
But actually it's easy to get the seats out so may be less effort just to undo the 6 bolts, unplug power, and tip the seat back so you can see under it.

Thanks for the extra tips. Think I will undo the 6 bolts a tip the seat back when I get a spare 5 mins!! Least that way I will be able to see what I'm doing. Just hope it works. My drivers seat in my Vectra just started to squeak last night too, look like that one will be coming out soon too!!
