Just a quickie. My steering wheel is in need of a refurb, colour has faded and stitching is coming apart. Can anybody recommend a restoration company. My 944 has that fantastic 80's Brown interior so aftermarket options are limited.
Cheers

Can't vouch for them, but have had a couple of people say good things.

I'd welcome more feedback, so we could add them to the supplier's list if they are reliable?

I have seen two Superb!! jobs done by them

one a 968 CS wheel with added thumb rests, the other a M3 wheel done in Alcantara

the stitching was just as good as what you would see on a Rolls Royce Wheel

Jack, has done 2 wheels for me - outstanding quality I recommended him to the Z forum and several of the guys have had there's done, not one bad word only praise.
Many M3's are adorned with his work too.

Hmm....sounds very tempting....I can feel a Xmas suggestion for the Mrs coming on [:D]
Mine's original, but after 163k miles, it's just starting to get a slightly rough feel round the edge(being very picky). No prices mentioned, appreciate it's dependent on specific wheel and materials chosen, but interested to hear from those who've had one done as a guide.

My CS Steering wheel was £115 including return delivery about a year ago.

Quality of leather and the stitching is excellent [:)]

Thanks for that Martins.......they're fairly close to me, so I think I'll pop over and see them when I've got a spare hour or so.

Thanks folks, spoke to Royal's this morning and quoted £130 + £10 postage. I will let you know and post pics when sorted. Wolfie if you are going over they are closed for two weeks from 22/08.
