Sticker Riddle

Some weeks ago I briefly reported about my purchase of a LHD Clubsport in rubystone. The beauty meanwhile arrived in Cologne and presently i am preparing the car for its registration in Germany.

Last weekend I went again through the documentation and a set of 3 stickers surfaced. One larger in approx. 16,5cm x 12,5cm size and 2 smaller ones in 10cm x 5cm size as you can see from the attached picture. The larger one carries also a chop with the production date of the car. The car was exported to South Africa at the time from where I recently brought it back.

Can anyone solve the sticker riddle? What was the initially intended purpose ?
