Just had a bit of an alarming moment. My brother in law was having a quick blast in my car and went to change gearand the throttle pedal jammed. After some quick thinking - he turned the ignition off and freed the pedal. When we got home wee had a look and the problem seems to be that there is a notch on the underside of the pedal that catches on the pedal stop. Has anyone come across this before? I think the easiest way to fix this is to remove said notch from the pedal and/or attach some sort of cover to the pedal stop.
Any other suggestions appreciated.
