Still sooo impressed!

Just back from my local track day event at Pembrey circuit in South Wales and after nearly 6 months without track day fun, I am still so impressed with the handling and general characteristics of the Boxster superbly engineered chassis. Managed to lap most cars during my session (I think some folks maybe were' nt pushing as hard!) the braking and mid cornering control is outstanding.. Balancing the car between oversteer and understeer is so easy with this car!.
Managed to wear my front left tyre down to the canvas on the outside but they are my spares so... guess its pilot sport cups next!..

Great day.. great track... great car!...

If you haven' t taken your car on a track day... do so soon!...

I know I did one at Donnington and except for 2 major moments at Redgate and a bit of a clincher at Cramer curves the car was absolutely fantastic. The only there to rally touch it was a caterham R300 Superlight - Boy did that go. Was even faster than a 993 escept couldn' t pass him due to straight line grunt.

I don' t have PSM on my Boxster but I think I would disengage it for track days if I had it
