Morning Everyone,

Have just noticed a small stone chip on the top of my drivers side wing. What do most of you do to these when you get them. My Cayman has no PPF on it so am after some advice?

Thanks.

Hi Cad,

I would use some touch-in paint. I’ve had success with Chipex which is very easy to use and which has worked well on my red Golf and a friend’s dark blue Civic, but less so on my silver Cayman. I would think that you should achieve a good result on your white Cayman.

Have a look here: https://chipex.co.uk/

Jeff

I have a `white` Porsche touch up pencil from my previous 981 Cayman S (Nov. 13)

Carrera / Carrara white .... Part no. 911 095 932 21 C9A, an OPC enquiry may confirm

I can post to you for `free`, perhaps drop a a few pennies in a charity box sometime ...

Really helpful this.

I also don't have PPF (and wish I'd got it). I couldn't believe how easily the front of the car attracts stone chips. After just 12 months of ownership I've far more chips than I had on my 3 year old M2.

Good Afternoon,

Sorry for the delay in replying, but that would be great. My cars colour is listed as Colorcode C9A.

Any charity you'd perfer me to dontate too?

Thanks again.

Cad

Paul,

According to the Porsche Post Member Benefits section you’ll get a 10% discount using the code PCGB10 at checkout or if you call.

Thanks Jeff - big chip on the fiesta ST that needs sorting and this sounds like the best way forward.
