Hi guys, just recently when ive been unlocking my car the central locking dooesn't work. Its only happened twice in the last couple of weeks but both times it was on the drive and its not a problem locking it or unlocking it when i get to my destination. Whats the limit as to when the fob turns off?

Cheers guys

Chris

It goes in to sleep mode after 5 days, after which you have to unlock it with the key. Does that match the timescale of these two events?

Yes, unlock it with the key but don't open the door or the alarm will sound (horrible if you're in your garage at the time). Re-lock it using the remote and then unlock again using remote.

Catches me out often enough.

Regards

I did make that mistake last year when my car was sat around for a couple of weeks. Just a bit loud [:D].
