Strange leak

I've noticed for a few months now that I seem to have a wet patch form right under the front drivers side corner of the car. I've been keeping an eye on fluid levels but they have not been dropping at all so assmed that maybe it was the way the water was draining off my car when left out in the rain. However i've taken a very good look at it and noticed from the dried mark left behind by the fluid that it seems to be coming from the bottom corner of the fog/drivers light in the bumper and it drains down under the batwing to one of the batwing bolts before dripping onto the floor. Any ideas what this could be? The power steering system fluid cooler and oil cooler is mounted behind the bumper in that area but i'm not loosing any power steering fluid or oil. The fluid doesn't appear to be water because the dropped fluid doesn't evaporate away so not convinced that it is windscreen washer fluid. It is a bit of a puzzle! Any ideas?
 
Is that in that area also? I've noticed when i've been outside the car that when the engine is ticking over with the A/C on it does make a bit of a pssshhh sound when the A/C kicks in. Only quiet but it's there. I want an excuse to take the front bumber off anyway so this might be it.
 
The condenser is in front of the radiator so any runoff would end up inside the undertray looking for the lowest point and a way out.
