Stunning new Register Stickers now available

I'll stick this at the top for a while so everyone gets a chance to read it.

The new Register Stickers are now available from all good outlets. Well, actually only from me. They are the new 70mm round design previewed at Eynsham Hall last year.

I actually quite like them, but still have a soft spot for the old design. I've found that, as hard as I try, I can't seem to get the old one off the window...[;)]

They are coming through in batches of 100, so if you want one please send me an SAE to the address below. I will bring some to the Ace Cafe on the 31st January as well.

Edited to add...grrrrrrrrrrrrr []

Just mailing some out, and have discovered that they are available in a choice of sticky-backed, readable from the inside, or the more usual sticky-fronted so they are readable through the window from the outside whilst stuck on the inside. I guess if you don't express a preference then I'll send you one of each!

I have no doubt that modified versions will be available from Cannell Industries "Stickers for Every Occasion", "Decals for the Discerning" "Vinyl Verification of Vroom" in the near future.

Rick spent a very happy half hour in Beakys suite before Christmas looking for virgin surfaces that he could decal. I now have a Jaguar toilet among other things. [:D]

Are you able to venture to Essex tonight Mr McNulty? Go on, you want to get away from those noisy puppies... I have potential new recruit who's just bought a 944 Turbo coming along for you to welcome.

If you do the I would like to exercise my position as a club member (I can't be bothered asking to have mmy status changed on the forum, especially as I didn't get to be "ex-member" even when I was) to obtain one of your fine line of stickers.

I have to decline to comment. (or mention the new 944 rubber rear spoiler decals ...) (oops!)

I'm working on a 'Shires Lynx' and 'W.C.Boggs' for you as I speak, Mr Sims [:D] [:D] [:D]

Could I have an "Ideal Standard" in gold please.

I should be there quite early, 7.00 ish, and I'm hoping that there'll be a really good turnout. The event will only continue if it makes the Cafe money. As there is no charge involved, their profit is on the (very reasonably) priced food and drinks. Hopefully everyone will come with an empty stomach and a shiny car [&:]

Hello Paul,
Received the stickers today. Thank you.
Do you know why they have made some external ones rather than just the window ones?
Cheers,

Cue banging head into wall repeatedly - as prescribed in the Register Secretary's manual for occasions when "The Club shall, at any time it sees fit, do something so obviously pointless that you will lose the will to live."

As I have equal numbers, I'm sending one of each out in order to get rid of them. I suppose, if you put them on the inside of the window, you can read them from inside the car and remember which model you own...[8|]

I'm suggesting fridge-stickers, but if anyone has a better idea they win a prize. 1st prize is an external sticker, 2nd prize is 2 external stickers [;)]

Like making equal numbers for each register, even if that means 0.3 stickers per member for some and 26 stickers per member for others?

What diameter are the sticker type (i.e. the type that are readable from the inside)? Are they roughly tax disc diameter? I fancy one to stick on the back of my tax disc holder.

Hi Paul
I sent you a note with an SAE for two stickers about 10 days ago, but so far not received.[:-][:-][:-] Snail mail again?[8|][8|][:D][:D]

Hi Scott,

70mm diameter, so possibly a good place to stick one!
