Stuttgart Edition

Hi, my first post.
I have seen a 1998 911 Carrera Stuttgart Edition in my local garage.
Can anyone tell me what is special / different on the Stuttgart Edition.

Looks like someone has added a badge - that's all. Pretty standard looking spec, with some 997 (19"?) wheels and mega money for the year (IMO).

Yes, the price is high, it is Immaculate but he needs to come down on the price.
What IYO would be a fair price?

I'm a Porsche "Virgin" so this would be my first Porsche purchase, so any help / guidance on this would be appreciated..

FYI, I believe the prancing horse is the emblem of Stuttgart. But yea it would look more at home on another well known make.
