Sudden gearbox leak - Help

185,000 miles and not a drop of anything on the drive from my 944 S2 Cab.

Service at a well known garage where they comment that thecar has left a mess on their floor!?

Back home and after 2 days a small lake under the gearbox and the middle section of the casing (gear carrier?) is dripping in oil. I have had a good look, poke and scrub but there is no obvoius cause[:(]

Has anyone got any ideas of what has happened so suddenly??

Also, I am looking for a good 944 garage in SW London/Surrey. Any recommendations?
 
Not sure what your prroblem is, but there is a indie in Beckenham, Weston's Porsche, good rates but usually quite busy so a bit of waiting list.
