Summer Solstice pedal?

Guest

New member
19th June which is the closest Saturday to the Summer Solstice, I propose we have an evening mountain bike pedal.
I don't think they allow cycling around Stonehenge so our regular route around the Woburn woods will have to suffice. But, we will start at 10pm!

Lights will be necessary unless you are Luke Skywalker and beers (for afterwards) and a first aid kit should be about all we need.

Anyone else mad enough to join me? [8|]

P.S. It is Father's day on the Sunday so a lie in and breakfast in bed might be tolerated. [:)]

10pm start?

does this mean that we are gonna make our own little Henge and dance round it naked until the sun rises between the standing stones?

I'm up for that!

As long as I am back in time to do my usual 'night clubbing' thing !!

I'll be there as long as I can find my high power light thingies..

PS Don't think Jane will ever be cycling with us again after her horrendous fall a few weeks ago - she has decided it isn't enough fun to risk her career over.
