Sun Roof Seal

The black seal around the sunroof is looking pretty sorry for itself although works well i.e. no leaks.

Are they easy to change? I have something niggling in the back of my mind that they can be difficult to do and get a proper seal again??? and if it ain't broke don't fix it comes to mind.

Easy to do?
 
the sunroof seal is fairly easy to do, just be careful not to apply to much pressure in the corners as there is a risk of breaking the roof. They dont always sit very well until they have bedded in.
