AV8 to Tintern drive via Symonds Yat.
Meeting at the AV8 we will then drive over to Symonds Yat where we will park up and walk down to the river, after stopping off at one of the tea rooms for refreshments its back up to the top for a picnic lunch. We then take a short drive down to Tintern Abbey once again parking up and taking in a rewarding cream tea at the café. After that you can visit the Abbey or head off home over the old Severn Bridge.
This is a popular drive that we have done a few times with some lovely scenery.
