Sunday Drive this weekend

The weather is supposed to be good on Sunday and we did miss the Spring Drive due to the Ineos strike at the end of April.

Anyone interested in having an "unofficial" run on Sunday, route dependant on how wants to go, but I happy to try and organise.

Bill

I would be but am probably going to the Ayr Show with daughter and family. I'll know this evening. If not, I'm on for a shorty.

I should get a pass for the day (mrs has other plans)...so long as my wallet can survive filling up [:(]

Know where you are coming from on that one Greig, Stan filled up his merc yesterday and it was over ÂŁ90 [&:]

Jane / Geig,

ÂŁ97 to fill the Range Rover from quarter of a tank, pay at pump had a limit of ÂŁ100.

I'll wait until later today to propose the route as it depends on where we need to start from and who wants to go....start from the Riverhouse?

Did not realise that pay at pumps had a limit, but never having used a pay at pump pump maybe explains that[:)]

I filled up the Touareg the other day, ÂŁ76 and stopped before tank was full, had to fill it again last week ( only a week apart ) and it was ÂŁ66 [&:] Also had to fill the TVR up so been a rather expensive week.

Now where are my walking shoes???? [:D]

All,

The met office website is showing the same weather East & West.

Proposed route for tomorrow, if someone has any other suggestions speak up.

Meet at 10.30 / 11am at Stirling Services on the M9. - A84 to Callender - on to Killin A85 /A827 - continue to Aberfeldy and then to Pitlochry or Blair Atholl. This gives good options for food en route.

Return on A9 to Perth - A85 to Crieff - St Fillans - Lochearnhead - A84 back to Stirling.

If there are any suggestions for booking a lunch venue let me know and I'll book it once numbers confirm.

Thanks

Bill

See you all at Stirling then ..Elsie not going so I have a spare seat if some one wants a lift that does not have a Porsche or Feza meet at the services .

See you there - will aim to be there at 10.30 - and likewise will have an empty passenger seat, so if anyone wants a ride in a ferrari speak up.....

I don't have a blond wig! Oh no that's the other Ferrari.

Playing the Kings tomrrow after a soaking today.

Would love to meet up. Pop in on way back through the sma glen?

Gleneagles 3.30 -4.30pm at the dormy house. I get discount off the drinks!

Hopefully see you all there?

Charles

Great day out ,weather was superb hood down all the way stunning scenery and good roads and great company had a nice lunch at Killen overlooking the water falls thanks to Bill for organizing the run, photos will no doubt follow

Great day out, 238 miles in great scenery and weather. I need to do this more often as the car is running brilliantly during and after that.
Thanks Keith for advising us of the road between Aberfeldy and Crieff, shame about the number of bikers slowing us down. Greg, the Fezza sounds awesome I couldn't stop smiling all the way back.

As agreed Brian, I'll search out another run. I hopefully have managed to attach a couple of pics.

Cheers

Bill
