So go on

Who went out for a Sunday drive and made the best of the late good weather?

Took the beast out for a local run, sunshine and reasonably warm - a lovely day.

I can also confirm the recent mods are very acceptable[:D][:D]

I watched my car sit on charge all blasted day- but then it only just started []
I missed out on two chancs of some great drives out[:-]

Glad the cars all working for you Tom... see how the French roads treat it [8D]

Sorry to hear that Gary - its always a pain when they play up.

Hopefully French Pique & dubious battery do not stop us form the Booze Cruise. Albeit mpg is no longer the beasts forte.

Assuming service back to normal batteries working and petrol not an issue. I'll take you out for a quick run in France so you can compare version 0.5 with version 1.0 of the beast.

I'm up for that Tom [:)]
My car is in this week for its major service and a new battery fitted.

I tried to start it today after actually going out for a run last night.. and its totally dead.
I'll get it charged ready for them to collect and then all is good.

It showed no signs of failure prior but the usual suspects of battery failure- cold weather etc
