Hi all,

November[/b]
Sunday 2nd November (Autumn Drive)
Meeting at Drymen from 10.30am and departing at 11.00am for a leisurely drive up past Loch Lomond to Inverary for some lunch.

See details above from the Porsche Post for Run on Sunday 2nd, we are planning on lunch at the George in Inverary - require numbers for tables etc, so please mail me or post on the forum if you are planning on attending.

At present will not make it ...but if plans change will see you up there we will arrange eating on the day ourselves so need to pe book meals for us .
 
There is a big screen in the public bar for the F1.

I have mentioned it but Mum's booked a Alfa Romeo meeting there for lunch on the same day!

I'll give Chris a phone when we get nos.

Cricky Gungho is doing a social PC event. Shock Horror. Wonder if he can stick to the speed limit! ;O)

Engines don't compress water!

It is a common fault.

Exactly that, yes. not the front wheel arch though, that was only the earlier models. On later cars the intake is even lower down in the middle at the front.

Peter at Motortune has the car in for open heart surgery "¦ or at least that's what it feels like!

Bloody Scottish weather, eh?

Have to say, Peter and his family were brilliant yesterday. Really helped us out (I had my wife and dog in the car, and thus with me in the tow truck for a two hour drive to Peter's!) Made the day a lot less traumatic for us all.

will head along to baloch and then drive into duck bay as couple of people might just be there, so duck bay about 11.15 to 11.30pm,

then stop at top of rest and be thankfull for a couple of picys for 20mins assuming its dry and then to inverary !
been trying to sort somewhere for anyone that wants to watch the final GP of the year, details to follow but as its in brazil kick off is not until 5pm

If it's not too late for the numbers for the hotel, I'll be at Duck Bay at 1115. Can you confirm, Scott/Charles?
