Sunday spin

Was joined by Simon on a little countryside spin yesterday.

Under the blazing sun we started at OPC Reading and did a big 100 mile loop through Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire - finding all the quiet countryside back-roads.

We stopped briefly at some castle ruins for a 'pit-stop' half way:

Before we then headed off on the 2nd part of the drive, and finished at my house for a nice bit of roast beef and the GP [:)]

Great day out, but now my nice clean car needs washing AGAIN to get all the new bugs off [&:]
 
Nice piccies Alex, I enjoyed the drive as usual (and the sunday roast!). Thanks to Nicki and nice to see little Jake too!

BTWGot the car reinsured through AXA, saving over a Porsche Insurance renewal cost this year, the prices are insane for renewals now.

My car is going in for a service tomorrow, so the bugs will be cleaned off mine (hopefully).
