SUNROOF ADJUSTMENT

Have just fitted new seals to the sunroof of my 911sc, the last owner obviously believed in guess work and had fitted the two round the wrong way (Doh!!) resulting in a right mess.
Anyway it looks much better now the seals fit flush with the roof line however the rear corner above the passenger seat sits a couple of mm's below the roof when shut and is quite noticable, can this be adjusted without removing the roof?
