OPC Bournemouth adjusted my sunroof to fix the closing fault....

Whatever they did... it has now left a 20mm scratch on the outside surface .....*"£$%^*(~#* !!!![][][]

Don't know whether to touch it up, or insist on a respray of the panel....

First major mark on the car, well hacked off.....

Car going back to Swindon from now on...

I would be very surprised if PC Bournemouth don't offer to rectify any accidental damage they caused. Talk to John Bothamley (customer service) who I'm sure will help to resolve your complaint without any fuss.
Let us know how you get on.

Thanks Geoff

I have spoken with John Bothamley - he was very helpful..[:)]

They are going to remove the roof, sort the mechanism and respray the panel.

Still not happy about respraying, just hope it is going to match. Last time I had a red car resprayed the newly painted panel looked ok during the day, but a different shade under street lights, at night..[&o]

Robert, whist I fully understand your concerns over the colour match [&:] I was pleased to read the OPC took some responsibiltiy over the matter [:)].
Reading different threads over time, Bournemouth OPC does seem to offer a high level of service, even though as you have sadly found out, things can go wrong...
