The sunroof works ok except when closed it is not secure or locked in place. When driving at speed the roof is 'lifting' about 5-10mm. If i open it slightly (10-15mm) then it stays in place. Also when the doors are closed quickly the roof jumps with the air pressure. I assume this is nothing too serious and hope it is a 'DIY' repair. Any advice/assistance would be much apreciated. Apart from that and crap radio reception I am totally smitten with the car!

Exactly the same prob here too lads, my arms never stop in the locked position, go straight back into the roof [
] I'm gonna print out the (daunting..?!) Clarkes Guide and go through everything when I get a day off. Also, my arms only ever move with the ignition fully on. Pretty sure they should only retract etc in position one.
Check the plastic gears have all of their teeth, mine did the same poped up while driving down the motorway, scared the living daylights out of me, after a little look one of the plastic gears inside was missing a load of teeth so it could move while shut if it was in the wrong place.
