Sunroof removal

Evening all!
Could someone advise on some step by step instructions for removing the sunroof please?
I discovered on opening the sunroof in the tilt position that there are what appears to be "blinds" fitted to each side but one of mine is loose whilst the other side is fixed. Unfortunately the loose blind prevented me from closing the roof properly so with some gentle persuasion I removed it and it seems impossible to refit with the sunroof & headlining in place.
I'll try to attach a picture to try to clarify what I'm looking at (prior to removing the blind) if it helps - hopefully it won't be too difficult a task to rectify.
