i have managed to get PCGB some space at this years Super car day!! i appreciate short notice, but this day is free.
below is the letter from the organiser.......29/8/11

"I would be delighted for the Porsche Club GB to have an area at the show. There would be no charge at this year's show for any person arriving in a Supercar (this includes the driver & a passenger). I have attached the application form for the show, I do need this returned to me in order for me so I am able to send out people passes. So the best way to approach this application process is if you could put this form on your forum and ask people to fill it in and return it to me, I can then send out the relevant passes.( form can be down loaded from http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/beaulieu-events/supercar-startup and also can you put on the form part of the pcgb display arranged by J webb)
We will be operating a demonstration area, which is more like a small drag strip, where supercar owners can show off their cars at speed as well as the normal static display. We will be asking a selection of people on the day if they would like to participate in this area. There will also be a Best in Show prize as voted for by the general public and the winner will receive a Beaulieu Trophy and £100 cash prize. You wouldn't happen to know of anyone within the club who owns a Carrera GT? This car is still on my hitlist!! We have some great cars "" the New McLaren MP4-12C, Ferrari Enzo, McLaren F1, Mercedes SLS and hopefully the Bugatti Veyron. We also have cars coming from Ford, Nissan, Lexus and Porsche Bournemouth, amongst numerous others, so we have a great show looming.
Hope some of you guys can come and enjoy the day, please let me know if you intend to come.
thanks Joe

Joe,

Great idea, I will mention it at my next club night which is next Tuesday and see if I can get some support for you.

Cheers
