Every thought running your 964 was expensive? Well you should take a look at this months 'Evo' magazine; there is an interview with the chap who runs 'P1' - a kind of car hire company who specialise in supercars - and he talks about the jaw dropping running costs.
For example servicing the company's Lamborghini Murcielargo cost £37,391 for just one year.
A plastic nose badge for the same car cost a staggering £392.
Average service cost for their Ferrari F430 - £2232.
By comparison, an average service for their Porsche 997 Turbo cost £351.
The most mind blowing figure was the depreciation on a Ferrari 456 M GT. They bought the car at 11 months old and having covered just 800 miles. This means the previous owner lost £96,000 in depreciation and servicing - around £120 per mile!
And I was moaning about the price of two new tyres for my 964...
