Hi folks. I've been contacted by a David Harding who is trying to organise a show next May, he writes;

I am writing to you today to invite the Porsche Club GB to a show I am organising for the 16th May next year.

over the past two years we have held events at our pub and this May we attracted over 150 cars to a Supercar Sunday.

For the first time next May we are putting together a Supercar show on Tynedale Park, Corbridge, Northumberland. Already confirmed are the Ferrari owners club, Lamborghini owners club among many others, I would be delighted if you would consider including the event on your calender for 2010. There will be a full concours competition as well as awards for the best club stand, as well as many trade stands.

Put a line on here if you would be interested and we'll try to organise a group of us to attend [:D]

Cheers

DDK was there this year ( held at the pub) ... & it was a great event. We'll probo be there again in 2010 in our old jalopies ;)

I went to this event this year it was a great turn out with many exotic cars well worth going. I will be going next year and hope to see our club there to show off our car's. [;)]

I'll be there for sure as I know Davy from way back :)

The pub is a lovely place to while away a sunny afternoon and the attraction of cars always helps!

Chris

Good show of support so far thanks [:D], I'm working quite closely with Dave to see if we can get a really good turn out, an excellent opportunity to kick off the 2010 season [;)]

Cheers

Hi Nick
Might be interested in this (although 195 miles away) sounds very good
If I'm not working I think will give it a go
Enjoyed Raby Castle by the way (as did the other R7 members who travelled up for the day - weather fantastic, can you arrange for this event please?)

Regards

Hi John, kind words thanks, glad you all enjoyed it, will see what I can do about the weather in the future[;)][:D]

Hi Nick. Hoping to get a convoy together for this from R7 (meet Wetherby services Jn 46 A1 around 0900). As we'll probably arrive mid-late morning, can we pay on the gate? Looking forward to it.

John and Jane

Hope this will not preclude you coming on Wolds Wander the next Sunday?

Nick

Sounds like a good day out - hope to be there - hope aok with you.

Andrew W.

I'm hoping to get this in the diary and attend. PLanning to attend a club night too and join up in the near future.

Hi Andrew
Unfortunately, I am presently working on 23rd - so unless I can swap with a colleague !!!???
See you soon (John)

OK those that gave their names to me at the last club night have been included on the entry form, plus Jonny Boy and Ianmac. I've also paid the £5 entry for those who didn't or weren't there to pay me.

We can still add entries for the Porsche Club up until a couple of weeks before the event, if entering direct with the organisers mark entry form Porsche club or email me and I'll sort it for you.

I'm hoping to get passes sent through in time to distribute at our next club night which will be a visit to Porsche Centre Newcastle. More details of that event nearer the time.

Thanks
Ash
