Dear Member,
I am looking for photos that could be used to accompany my aticle for Porsche Post and also possibly for use in a booklet. Specifically it must be option M491(84-89 3.2's) and show the car only although an interesting background not detracting from the car is fine.(no blondes draped over the bonnet). I need some Targa and Coupe variants of high quality resolution.(Ive got my own cabriolet)
You will need to confirm your permission for them to be used. If you do not want to show the reg no. then please block it out. I would be happy to acknowledge your name . The only other detail I require is the model year.
I have finally finished all my research into the production numbers and can I thank all those owners over the past few years who have provided me with the info.
Wont reveal anything here , you will have to wait till PP has space to publish it.!
Photos should by e-mailed in standard formats please.
Thanks for your help

I know you said you have a cabriolet but i have some stunning shots of mine when it appeared in Sept 08 Total 911 mag on CD. Do you know when the article is going on PP as im very interested.

Ian

idc1873 you might want to check the rights to your photos, I know its your car but the photographer may have issues if he sees his photos used in another publication. Just a thought.

Hi Guys,
Stephen Mummery (PP editior) e-mailed me yesterday to say PP is pretty full up to October so it could be November issue or a bit later. It is currently a 3000 word article which subject to the number of photos he wants to use and any editing of script does take up a fair amount of space. I will put a post up when I have some confirmation.
Regarding the photos it is absolutely vital that the rights to use the photos are established. If you took them of your own car (like mine) you still need to give me/PP permission. If someone else took them you need the photographer to give you/me permission.,
Charles the Reg Sec has suggested that I could produce a booklet (similar to the 964RS that was done a while ago) This would need a bit of sponsorship to cover the cost and could be sold through the club shop .
(Ian, what about a great photo of your rear end and a nice advert from Hayward and Scott !!!!!!!!!!!!)
So if I was able to cover the cost of a booklet the release of photos is also vital.
IDC ...as Big Nige says you need to check ownership of the photos. I need formal permission to use them. They are great studio shots.
Dave as you are from sunny Devon. what about meeting up and we could take a few photos of our cars together.

Just had an email reply from Tom Wood the photographer. There is no problem in using the T911 shoot photos.
