Suspension alignment

I would appreciate your thoughts on a suspension question.

I recently had the shock absorbers on my 993S changed and was dismayed to see that the old, split bellows had been replaced along with the damaged bump stop.

When these components are replaced should the suspension be realigned?
 
They must have disturbed the suspension settings so a full check is advisable. I would also be disappointed regarding the bellows and bumpstops - I think it is reasonable to expect a decent garage to anticipate renewal of these items or at least once they had seen them to order them in as necessary. The bellows must be renewed to protect the new shock absorbers so the geometry check should be done after they finish the job in my opinion.
 
Thanks for your comments guys. I was certainly unhappy with the thought that they would avoid the alignment after neglecting to inform me about the failed components. They have assured me they will repeat the alighment process once the replacement job is finished. I look forward to seeing the results.
