Suspension noise

Guest

New member
I have a 2000 996T, there seem to be a noise coming from the front suspension, must noticeable is when it is going slowly in traffic. The noise also appears when you press the front suspension down when the car is stationary. it is like a squeaking noise, the car has only done 30,000 miles. Any ideas.

Thanks

Had the same, booked into the OPC - few bushes broken.

Get ready circa 500 pounds to replace them - they quoted me 700 plus VAT, I phoned few indy´s and they quoted me something around 380 to 450 plus VAT. Phoned OPC again and they said that will call me back with a decent quote - 410 plus VAT. I went with the OPC ( car was there for a major service ).

Car came back, no squeaking noise.
